Return

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date free of charge. Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the thirty-day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
To proceed with a return, please contact us at contact@dacuxatelier.com to be provided with a prepaid return label.
The products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition with attached hang tags and labels.

Important Information

Please note that Dacux Atelier has a thirty(30) days return policy: after 30 days it is not possible to return. Unreported returns can not be accepted.
Please make sure that the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process your return.
All products must be returned in a new, unused, and undamaged condition, with the tag and seal still attached.
To track your return, check the tracking number on the shipping label.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.

Exchanges

While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within thirty days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.
